The edition of 2024 of the PhD Lipari School on Complex and Social Systems, held in Lipari, will be concerned with Big Data issues arising in Complex and Social Systems, with an emphasis on techno-social innovation, health and the related ethical and societal implications, benefits and challenges. 

Technically speaking the school will deal with machine learning techniques, such as deep and quantum learning, and Large language Models. Moreover the school will include talks and a session on the SBD RI. 

This event will be co-organised with UniCT by Paolo Ferragina as co-director of the school.
